DESCRIPTION:Join us for our next MOBILE DEFENSE PROGRAM EVENT in Adelanto at the Adelanto Plaza & Event Center! \nThe Mobile Defense Program is a partnership between the Public Defender’s Office and the San Bernardino Superior Court. It is committed to bringing free legal assistance to the remote areas of San Bernardino County\, ensuring equitable access to justice through mobile court services by providing Record Clearing Expungement Services and Mobile Court access for San Bernardino County cases. \nMobile Court Services: \n\nRequests to Clear Bench Warrants\nModifying Misdemeanor Summary Probation\nRe-enrollment in Court-Required Classes\nResolution of Outstanding Fines\n\nPre-registration for Mobile Court is required in advance. \nPlease note: Legal Assistance is only available for cases within San Bernardino County. \nThe San Bernardino Superior Court will also be available to provide Self-Help services\, answering questions regarding Family Law\, Child Support\, Guardianship\, Landlord/Tenant\, and Small Claims court procedures. \nOn-site San Bernardino County departments include: \n\nArrowhead Regional Medical Center – access to resources and health services\nAssessor-Recorder-County Clerk – Vital records\, document recording\, business filings & property information\nDepartment of Behavioral Health – Resources & support awareness\nDepartment of Child Support Services – access to cases and benefits\nDepartment of Public Health – free dental screenings\nHuman Resources Department – career opportunity awareness and counseling\nTransitional Assistance Department – help signing up for and accessing benefits\nWorkforce Development Department – job resources and support\n\nThis event is sponsored by the High Desert Black Worker Center\, and several community-based organizations that will be providing additional resources such as workforce empowerment\, housing and job readiness support\, health and wellness resources\, immigration assistance\, reentry programs\, and community outreach. \nDon’t miss this opportunity to get the legal assistance you need by registering today! \nDate & Time:\nWednesday\, October 8\, 2025\n12:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. \nLocation: Adelanto Plaza & Event Center\n12000 Stadium Way\, Adelanto\, CA 92301 \nClick this link to register.
