For the second year, San Bernardino County Public Defenders volunteered with and donated books to Parent and Child Connection (PACC), a program of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. Incarcerated parents had the opportunity to select a book, record themselves reading it to their children, and include a personal message.
