San Bernardino County Public Defender Mobile Defense Event – Chino

Join us for our next MOBILE DEFENSE PROGRAM EVENT at the Chaffey College Chino Community Center!

The Mobile Defense Program is a partnership between the Public Defender’s Office and the San Bernardino Superior Court. It is committed to bringing free legal assistance to the remote areas of San Bernardino County, ensuring equitable access to justice through mobile court services by providing Record Clearing Expungement Services and Mobile Court access for San Bernardino County cases.

Mobile Court Services:

• Requests to Clear Bench Warrants
• Modifying Misdemeanor Summary Probation
• Re-enrollment in Court-Required Classes
• Resolution of Outstanding Fines

Pre-registration for Mobile Court is required in advance.

Please note: Legal Assistance is only available for cases within San Bernardino County.

The San Bernardino Superior Court will also be available to provide Self-Help services, answering questions regarding Family Law, Child Support, Guardianship, Landlord/Tenant, and Small Claims court procedures.
