Clear Your Record — Part 1

To begin the process of clearing your record in San Bernardino County, fill out the form below (two parts). We recommend reviewing both parts of the form before you fill it out to make sure you have all the information you need.

After you submit Part 1, click the link at the bottom of the page to continue to Part 2: Interests of Justice Declaration. If you only need to submit Part 2 (the declaration), click here.

    If you answered “YES” to any of the above questions, you may not be eligible for post-conviction relief at this time.

    If you participated in FIRE CAMP while incarcerated, you may be eligible for dismissal. You must provide proof of participation.

    If seeking a Certificate of Rehabilitation (“COR”):






    If you answered “NO” to questions 2-3 or “YES” to questions 4-5, you may not currently be eligible for a COR. Please note that before we can proceed with a COR petition, you will need to obtain your criminal arrest report. You can request your record at the local Sheriff’s office or from the California DOJ.
