On Thursday, August 25, 2022, San Bernardino County Public Defender staff assisted community members seeking to clear their felony and misdemeanor records at the county’s resource fair in Joshua Tree. The Morongo Basin Resource Fair brought several job opportunities along with community services to High Desert residents.
This successful event was organized by the county Workforce Development Board in collaboration with the third District Supervisor Dawn Rowe, the City of Twenty-nine Palms, the town of Yucca Valley, Tortoise Rock Casino, Twenty-nine Palms Band of Mission Indians and Copper Mountain College.
