The San Bernardino County Public Defender’s Office will host its annual C.U.T.E. Trunk or Treat event on Thursday, Oct. 8, from 3 to 6 p.m. at 900 E. Gilbert St. in San Bernardino.

Organized by the Public Defender’s Children United Through Empowerment (C.U.T.E.) social work program, the family-friendly event brings the community together for Halloween festivities while supporting children impacted by parental incarceration.

Families can enjoy decorated trunks, games and prizes while connecting with county departments and community partners providing resources and services.

Children are encouraged to dress in their favorite costumes and join the fun. Parents or guardians must be present.
