Locations

The Central Office is our largest office. With almost 30 attorneys, this office handles over 5,000 felony and 8,000 misdemeanor cases each year. It is located across the street from the San Bernardino (Central) Courthouse. The defense of all criminal cases assigned to the Public Defender by the San Bernardino court is handled by this office.

Located in the Foothill Courthouse (Rancho Cucamonga) on the third floor. This is one of our major offices, with about twenty attorneys on site. This office handles the defense of all criminal cases appointed to the Public Defender by the Foothill/Rancho court.

Located inside the Victorville Superior Courthouse. This office handles the defense of criminal cases appointed to the Public Defender by the Victorville Court.

Located on the west side of Cajon Street between Civic Drive and Sage Street, two blocks west of the Victorville Superior Courthouse.

Located in the Morongo Basin County Government Center and Courthouse. All defendants assigned to the Public Defender by the Morongo Basin court are represented by this office.

Located near the Juvenile Hall in San Bernardino. This is our main Juvenile office; housing both the Chief Deputy for the Human Services Division and the Supervising Deputy for the Juvenile Unit.
