Our department congratulates Albert Hsueh on his judicial appointment in the San Bernardino Superior Court on January 29, 2024.
Hsueh entered our department in 2010 as a Deputy Public Defender and served as Supervising Deputy Public Defender since 2021. He earned a Juris Doctor from the Golden Gate University School of Law.
Public Defender Thomas Sone stated, “Albert’s dedication, expertise, and commitment to justice were of great service to our department. We thank him for serving with integrity and upholding the values we stand for.”
